Accountabilities
In this role, you will oversee strategic account management, client success, and cross-functional delivery, ensuring strong relationships, business growth, and high-quality execution across all projects.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
- Develop a deep understanding of client industries, business objectives, and digital strategies to deliver tailored solutions.
- Define and execute account growth strategies, identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding services.
- Lead the development of strategic account plans aligned with revenue, profitability, and long-term client success.
- Oversee delivery of multiple concurrent digital projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Manage and mentor account and client service teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, product, and marketing to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive continuous improvement of account management processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings strong digital agency experience, leadership capability, and a proven ability to manage enterprise client relationships and complex digital programs.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client services, ideally within a digital agency environment.
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital or e-commerce projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems including web development, analytics, media, and digital platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts through strategic thinking and solution-oriented consulting.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams, with strong people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital project delivery practices.
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple regions is a strong asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
