The Role:

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in achieving our company’s North American industry-leading goals. This role is focused on the cannabis industry.

Location:

We’re a remote-first company. Push Technologies team members can choose to work from anywhere in Canada, or from our Downtown Vancouver office, if they prefer. We are committed to making sure you feel connected, supported, and equipped no matter where you are.

Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years as a successful Account Executive – consistently a top performer in your team.
  • Experience developing and maintaining consultative B2B relationships within a SaaS environment.
  • Previous SaaS experience selling into SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise across North America.
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all stages of the sales cycle.
  • You are a demo master. Presenting solutions in a consultative fashion is your passion.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you’re self-motivated and eager to grow your business.
  • Natural ability to simplify highly complex scenarios into easy-to-understand conversations.
  • History of exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
  • Skilled at using demo software, sales CRMs, and communication tools.

Salary: $70,000 base salary with $130,000 OTE (On Target Earnings)

  • Previous SaaS sales experience required.
  • Excellent listening and negotiating abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High initiative and time management skills.
  • Results-oriented with professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities at once while paying attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who can also take charge and deliver results.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Google Suite.
  • Ability to identify ideal customer profiles and develop account penetration strategies.
  • Strong product and industry knowledge, with the ability to tie customer challenges to KayaPush’s solutions.
  • Support lead generation in building a qualified sales pipeline.
