About the Role

BRP is seeking a BI Business Analyst to support its Inbound and Outbound Logistics operations within a modern, data-driven environment.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify analytical and reporting needs, design BI solutions, and deliver high-value dashboards using Power BI and next-generation data platforms.

This mandate also offers the opportunity to act as a BI Product Owner, contributing to the roadmap of corporate analytics solutions in a large, international, and multi-site organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in business and executive meetings to gather reporting and analytical requirements and recommend BI solutions

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, AI tools, and other BI platforms

• Develop a deep understanding of business processes and datasets from SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and related applications

• Translate business needs into clear and actionable functional requirements

• Leverage knowledge of data tables and visualization capabilities to propose KPIs, dashboards, and data quality solutions

• Prioritize BI initiatives, features, and user stories based on business value

• Collaborate with App, Tech, and Data teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality BI solutions

• Support end users in the effective use of reporting platforms and assist with data loads and updates

• Communicate progress, updates, and results to internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a BI Business Analyst role

• Strong expertise in BI and reporting tools (Power BI or Tableau)

• Proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis, modeling, and validation

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent platforms

• Professional experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA

• Solid understanding of BI and data warehouse concepts

• Experience within large enterprise environments (10,000+ employees)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment

Objectives & Deliverables

• Operational and executive-level Power BI dashboards

• Business requirements and functional specification documents

• Logistics analytics reports (Inbound & Outbound)

• Prioritized BI backlog and analytics roadmap

• Data quality assessments and improvement recommendations

• User documentation and training materials

Assets (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience in manufacturing, transportation, automotive, or aerospace industries

• Knowledge of SAP modules EWM, MM, and TMS

• Experience working in Agile environments and backlog management

• Familiarity with tools such as LucidChart, Collibra, Dataiku, or similar platforms

• Experience in international, multi-site organizations
