This role sits at the center of integrated media strategy and client leadership within a fast-moving, data-driven marketing environment. You will be responsible for guiding cross-channel media planning and execution across high-value client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly from strategy through activation. The position blends strategic thinking, analytical insight, and hands-on operational leadership, requiring strong collaboration across investment, analytics, and media technology teams. You will play a key role in shaping client relationships, translating performance data into compelling narratives, and driving actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes. Operating in a highly collaborative and agile environment, you will also help evolve internal workflows and best practices to improve efficiency and impact. This is a client-facing leadership role where your ability to connect strategy, data, and execution directly influences campaign success and long-term client growth.
Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end media campaign orchestration across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution, alignment, and delivery against client objectives.
- Own cross-channel media planning and partner with internal stakeholders to develop integrated, data-driven campaign strategies.
- Manage daily and weekly client communications, including performance reporting, strategic updates, and handling ad hoc requests.
- Collaborate with investment, analytics, operations, and media technology teams to ensure accurate pacing, forecasting, and budget management.
- Translate complex campaign data into actionable insights, performance narratives, and strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Oversee integrated timelines, workflows, and workback schedules to ensure smooth coordination across all campaign deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and improved operational efficiency across media planning and execution processes.
- Support the development of case studies, best practices, and thought leadership materials based on campaign learnings.
- Mentor junior team members, supporting their growth in client communication, strategic thinking, and campaign management.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience managing large client accounts within media, advertising, or marketing environments.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels including social, search, display, and online video.
- Proven experience in media planning and audience-driven campaign strategy using tools such as MediaOcean Prisma, Comscore, GWI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with experience leading presentations and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across investment, analytics, and operations teams.
- Leadership mindset with a desire to mentor others and contribute to team development.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
