The Opportunity:
The Associate Manager plays a key role in supporting departmental leadership and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position is responsible for managing team performance, driving operational excellence, and contributing to strategic initiatives that align with Sentrex’s mission of delivering exceptional patient and client services.
A Day in the Life (What you will do here):
Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily workflows and ensure compliance with Sentrex policies and healthcare regulations.
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Address escalations promptly and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
Strategic Contribution:
- Assist in developing and executing departmental goals and operational strategies.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to support organizational growth.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports for leadership review.
Performance Metrics:
- Achievement of departmental KPIs (e.g., turnaround times, accuracy rates).
- Team engagement and training completion rates.
- Client satisfaction scores and escalation resolution timelines.
- Compliance audit results and adherence to SOPs.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Manager
What you need to ensure you are set up for success:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Experience:
- 3–5 years in operations or program management, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical services.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience with reimbursement processes and Patient Support Programs (PSPs) is required.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or healthcare management systems.
