This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Audience Acquisition Lead (Remote). In this role, you will serve as the subject-matter expert in Omeda CDP, leveraging your extensive knowledge to design and optimize audience acquisition funnels. You will lead both online and offline initiatives, collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors to enhance audience engagement. Your contributions will extend to analyzing performance metrics, ensuring compliance with data regulations, and documenting best practices for scalable marketing strategies. Your leadership will be vital in driving the team's successes and aligning marketing efforts with strategic objectives.
Accountabilities
- Serve as the Omeda CDP expert, with in-depth knowledge of the platform's capabilities.
- Design and optimize audience acquisition funnels, including form creation and data capture.
- Lead execution of audience acquisition initiatives, collaborating with teams and vendors.
- Create and present marketing proposals with limited guidance from leadership.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing programs within budget while recommending optimizations.
- Monitor and report on audience performance using dashboards and KPIs.
- Maintain data hygiene and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and best practices.
- Document workflows and Omeda configurations to support marketing playbooks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in audience acquisition or growth marketing.
- Strong hands-on mastery of Omeda CDP for segmentation and automation.
- Experience with WordPress and integration with marketing platforms.
- Solid understanding of lead scoring and lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for customization of content.
- Experience with subscription and gated content models.
