What You’ll Do
· Work with department leaders to define the current state and desired state of business processes.
· Conduct gap analyses and independent analyses to develop overall business requirements and resolve issues.
· Translate business requirements to technical/functional requirements and specifications and deploy/customize off-the-shelf solutions
· Develop relationships with stakeholders and other departments, and facilitate cross-department technical communication
· Ensure alignment and integration of data in adherence with data governance standards.
· Own and expand our Salesforce implementation, in collaboration with our Engineering team.
What You Bring
· 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study.
· PMP designation, ITIL certification and/or Salesforce experience considered an asset.
· Deep understanding of business process design and improvement concepts.
· Hands-on experience with system deployments
· You are patient when dealing with users and stakeholders.
· You have a passion for technology and how it can enable individuals and organizations to achieve more.
· You build trust and treat your colleagues, users, and vendors with a high level of respect.
· You are growth-oriented and seek learning opportunities despite challenges and setbacks.
· You are curious, flexible, self-learner, and are a results-oriented team player.
