Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Guide clients in leveraging messaging platforms as a strategic channel for growth and performance
- Analyze client performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and execute tailored success strategies based on client goals, industries, and use cases
- Translate client needs into actionable plans that drive measurable outcomes and ROI
- Act as the voice of the client internally, collaborating with product and technical teams to enhance offerings
- Proactively support clients in achieving long-term success and maximizing platform value
Requirements:
- Experience in client management, account management, customer success, or a related field (junior and senior profiles considered)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset
- Understanding of digital platforms, SaaS environments, or performance-driven channels is a strong advantage
- Proactive attitude with strong ownership and accountability for client outcomes
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and asynchronous environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving client needs
