The Client Service Representative (CSR) plays a key role in supporting families throughout their service journey, with a strong focus on maintaining accurate billing practices and ensuring Accounts Receivable (AR) remains current and within organizational standards. This role is responsible for assisting with client onboarding, monitoring funding and authorization usage, and proactively supporting AR follow-ups to minimize outstanding balances and reduce financial risk.
Acting as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, the CSR provides clear, professional, and timely communication regarding services, funding, and payments. This position ensures that client records are accurate, billing processes are followed correctly, and any risks related to funding or overdue accounts are identified early and escalated as needed.
Employment type: 14-month maternity leave cover
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM EST (remote)
