This role focuses on enabling successful user adoption of large-scale enterprise regulatory systems through high-quality communication, training, and learning materials. You will play a key part in a digital transformation environment, helping users understand complex business processes and technology platforms through clear, structured, and engaging content. Working remotely, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that support system rollout and organizational change. The position requires strong communication expertise, instructional design capabilities, and the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible learning resources. You will also lead virtual training sessions and contribute to enterprise-wide adoption initiatives. This is a highly impactful role where your work directly supports successful system implementation and user readiness across the organization.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering communication and training materials that support enterprise system adoption and regulatory transformation initiatives. You will ensure users are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively engage with new systems and processes.

  • Develop high-quality user training materials, guides, and technical documentation for enterprise systems and processes
  • Design and create learning content to support system adoption and business process understanding
  • Deliver virtual training sessions using platforms such as Microsoft Teams or similar tools
  • Support enterprise-wide training and user onboarding initiatives to drive adoption success
  • Manage multiple communication and training deliverables while meeting strict deadlines
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure consistency and clarity in training and communication materials

Requirements

This position requires strong experience in training design, communications, and user enablement within enterprise environments, particularly supporting system implementations and digital transformation programs.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience creating user training materials and technical documentation
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing enterprise learning resources for systems, applications, or business processes
  • Minimum 5 years of experience delivering virtual training sessions using Microsoft Teams or similar platforms
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple assignments under tight deadlines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise-wide training and user adoption initiatives
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in remote environments
