Accountabilities:

  • Develop and lead compliance projects, translating regulatory requirements into actionable plans and initiatives
  • Oversee progress and monitor compliance metrics, ensuring deadlines, quality, and operational objectives are met
  • Act as the primary liaison between compliance teams, department heads, and stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration
  • Conduct risk assessments and proactively resolve issues to maintain compliance and project timelines
  • Ensure successful implementation of certifications and internal standards, setting benchmarks for quality and operational excellence
  • Continuously improve compliance processes, tools, and reporting to enhance effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in compliance management, project management, or related roles, with a focus on risk mitigation and problem-solving
  • Strong understanding of compliance program development, policy implementation, and standards such as ISO27001
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with modern web tools and project management platforms (e.g., Google Docs, Zapier, Linear)
  • Professional demeanor, analytical mindset, and proactive approach to delivering results and aligning with organizational values
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
