This role offers the opportunity to shape the user experience of complex digital products used across North America within a fast-evolving healthcare technology environment. You will design intuitive, accessible, and scalable interfaces that directly impact hundreds of thousands of users, while collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders. The position combines strategic UX thinking with hands-on design execution, from early user flows to high-fidelity prototypes. You will operate in a dynamic, multi-project environment where priorities evolve quickly and adaptability is essential. The role also integrates modern AI-powered tools to enhance design productivity and innovation. Accountabilities
- Design user flows, scenarios, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma aligned with established design systems.
- Document design decisions clearly in Azure DevOps to ensure accurate implementation by development teams.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define scope, assess feasibility, and align on technical constraints.
- Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA or higher) are consistently applied across all design deliverables.
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system by refining, documenting, and expanding reusable components.
- Support QA and testing teams in identifying visual issues and proposing effective design solutions.
- Participate in strategic design discussions and contribute to product vision and long-term UX direction.
- Support sales and pre-sales activities by creating visual concepts and prototypes to demonstrate product capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in digital product environments.
- Strong expertise in Figma, including components, prototyping, and real-time collaboration workflows.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, including practical knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Deep knowledge of accessibility standards, specifically WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
- Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows (automation, prototyping, productivity enhancement).
- Familiarity with Agile environments and tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent collaboration, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
- High attention to detail and strong discipline in documentation and design quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while working effectively in cross-functional teams.
