  • Document design decisions clearly in Azure DevOps to ensure accurate implementation by development teams.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define scope, assess feasibility, and align on technical constraints.
  • Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA or higher) are consistently applied across all design deliverables.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the design system by refining, documenting, and expanding reusable components.
  • Support QA and testing teams in identifying visual issues and proposing effective design solutions.
  • Participate in strategic design discussions and contribute to product vision and long-term UX direction.
  • Support sales and pre-sales activities by creating visual concepts and prototypes to demonstrate product capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in digital product environments.
  • Strong expertise in Figma, including components, prototyping, and real-time collaboration workflows.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, including practical knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Deep knowledge of accessibility standards, specifically WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows (automation, prototyping, productivity enhancement).
  • Familiarity with Agile environments and tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent collaboration, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • High attention to detail and strong discipline in documentation and design quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while working effectively in cross-functional teams.

Benefits

  • 100% remote work flexibility across Canada.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior UX design roles.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
  • Full benefits package including paid vacation and wellness programs.
  • Opportunity to work with modern tools including Figma, Azure DevOps, and AI-powered design solutions.
  • Strong culture of autonomy, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Direct impact on large-scale digital health products used across North America.
  • Opportunity to influence long-term UX and design system strategy.
