About the Role

The client is undergoing a major digital transformation with the implementation of Shopify and the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) – Wholesale. The selected candidate will play a key role in accelerating the integration, ensuring delivery quality, and securing production releases.

As the first market launch is planned for Europe, the role requires a strong understanding of B2B and B2C environments, including pricing processes, inventory management, shipping, and returns.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O (Wholesale) specialist or advisor

  • Experience integrating Shopify without the Retail module

  • Participation in at least one Shopify implementation or integration project

  • Hands-on experience in B2B and B2C environments

  • Experience on a similar retail project, including shipping, returns, and inventory management

Objectives and Deliverables

  • Accelerate the integration between Shopify and Dynamics 365 F&O

  • Secure critical deliveries in a high-pressure operational context

  • Support upcoming production releases (mid-May / mid-June milestones)

  • Ensure functional consistency between B2B and B2C processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a functional expert for Dynamics 365 F&O (Wholesale)

  • Support the Shopify integration in a multi-system environment

  • Contribute to the definition and optimization of business processes

  • Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners (logistics, 3PL)

  • Support change management and post-deployment stabilization

Assets

  • Knowledge of the Boomi integration platform

  • Experience in international and multi-country environments

  • Ability to act quickly in tight delivery timelines
