You will ensure that our partner's content is authoritative and discoverable across traditional and AI-powered platforms. The ideal candidate will translate intricate HR concepts into compelling content, supporting demand generation and sales enablement while adapting to the evolving needs of decision-makers.
Accountabilities
- Own and execute a B2B content strategy optimized for AI-powered search and discovery.
- Create and manage content that supports the full buyer journey, including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Optimize content for AI visibility and structured data, ensuring accuracy in AI-generated responses.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align content with pipeline goals.
- Audit and refresh existing content to improve organic search performance.
- Utilize analytics and SEO tools to measure performance and inform content investment decisions.
- Manage editorial calendars and collaborate with subject matter experts.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS or HR tech.
- Proven success in building content strategies that drive organic growth and brand authority.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and AI-influenced search environments.
- Experience translating complex topics into clear content for enterprise audiences.
- Hands-on experience with content and SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs).
- Excellent writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset and experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
