You will ensure that our partner's content is authoritative and discoverable across traditional and AI-powered platforms. The ideal candidate will translate intricate HR concepts into compelling content, supporting demand generation and sales enablement while adapting to the evolving needs of decision-makers.

Accountabilities

    • Own and execute a B2B content strategy optimized for AI-powered search and discovery.
    • Create and manage content that supports the full buyer journey, including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
    • Optimize content for AI visibility and structured data, ensuring accuracy in AI-generated responses.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to align content with pipeline goals.
    • Audit and refresh existing content to improve organic search performance.
    • Utilize analytics and SEO tools to measure performance and inform content investment decisions.
    • Manage editorial calendars and collaborate with subject matter experts.

Requirements

    • 5–8 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS or HR tech.
    • Proven success in building content strategies that drive organic growth and brand authority.
    • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and AI-influenced search environments.
    • Experience translating complex topics into clear content for enterprise audiences.
    • Hands-on experience with content and SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs).
    • Excellent writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Data-driven mindset and experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
