In this role, you will be the primary liaison between Malvern Panalytical and our customers—supporting them in both English and French. You will coordinate service needs, guide customers to timely solutions, and ensure every interaction reflects our high standards of professionalism and care.

You will succeed in this role if you:
Are fluent in both English and French—spoken and written
Bring 3–5 years of customer service or administrative experience
Have experience working in a structured or ISO-regulated environment (preferred)
Are comfortable using systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office
Communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally
Manage multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail
Enjoy solving problems and can escalate issues appropriately
Thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt quickly to change
