This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Digital Solution Architect Lead Advisor in Canada.
This role is a senior-level opportunity focused on designing and delivering advanced agentic AI systems in the healthcare domain. You will work at the intersection of Generative AI, classical machine learning, and full-stack engineering to build scalable, production-grade solutions. The position involves close collaboration with clinical experts, operational stakeholders, and compliance teams to translate real-world healthcare workflows into intelligent AI-driven systems. You will contribute to building solutions across diagnostics, care coordination, clinical documentation, and healthcare operations optimization. The environment is highly innovative, regulated, and impact-driven, requiring both technical depth and strong cross-functional communication. This is a client-facing role delivered through a hybrid/remote setup, offering exposure to cutting-edge Azure-based AI technologies and enterprise-scale architectures.
Accountabilities:
- Design and implement agent-based AI workflows for healthcare use cases such as clinical assistants, triage systems, care optimization agents, and revenue cycle automation.
- Develop and deploy LLM-powered systems including RAG pipelines, tool-calling agents, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Build and maintain classical machine learning models for prediction, risk scoring, clustering, anomaly detection, and time-series analysis.
- Architect and implement HIPAA-aware, secure, and auditable AI systems with strong traceability and governance.
- Develop full-stack applications including Python-based APIs, backend AI services, and interactive dashboards.
- Integrate AI systems with healthcare platforms such as EHRs, data lakes, and FHIR/HL7-based infrastructures where applicable.
- Collaborate with clinical subject-matter experts to translate healthcare processes into scalable AI agent logic and workflows.
- Deploy, monitor, and continuously optimize AI systems within Azure cloud environments.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or related technical roles.
- Strong expertise in Python for building production-grade AI systems.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies including LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
- Solid background in classical machine learning techniques such as classification, regression, NLP, and anomaly detection.
- Full-stack development experience including API design and UI integration.
- Strong experience with Azure cloud services (Azure AI Studio, Azure ML, Azure OpenAI, Functions, AKS).
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments (healthcare experience is an asset).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and domain experts.
- Proven experience delivering production-ready AI systems beyond prototypes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain AI systems and decisions clearly.
- Curiosity and interest in agentic AI systems and next-generation AI architectures.
- Familiarity with FHIR/HL7 standards, AWS/GCP, or NVIDIA AI stack is a plus.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $80/hr to $90/hr (depending on experience and location within applicable regions).
- Hybrid/remote work flexibility depending on client engagement requirements.
- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge healthcare AI and agentic systems at enterprise scale.
- Exposure to advanced Azure AI technologies and modern AI architecture patterns.
- Collaborative, innovation-driven environment with multidisciplinary teams.
- Access to complex, high-impact projects in regulated healthcare environments.
- Potential performance-based incentive compensation depending on role and project outcomes.
