We are seeking a District Vice President (Wholesaler), servicing Ottawa, the surrounding areas of Kingston, Cornwall and Belville as well as the Maritimes. Over the past ten years, Pender has been active in the Ottawa Region building relationships with investment advisors primarily in the IROC channel. We have recently started to expand our efforts into the Maritimes. This individual could be based in Ottawa, Toronto or Montreal and will work with our Retail Sales team to grow our business. Currently, this entire region is covered remotely from Toronto, and we are seeking a District Vice President that will support current clients and future growth by generating sales and developing new business. This role will require effective territory management, travel and planning to achieve sales, product diversity and budget targets. The successful candidate will have a passion for the financial services industry and desire to align with a high performing brand.

We are sharing that the estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year. In determining final salary, Pender considers many factors including the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, job responsibilities, market conditions, position location and internal equity. Our aim is to ensure fair compensation practices that align with industry standards while acknowledging the unique value and expertise each individual brings to the role. The final base salary for the offer will be presented as part of a competitive compensation package.
