In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by positioning and selling advanced AI-powered SaaS solutions to enterprise clients across multiple industries, including business, government, and customer experience environments. You will operate as a strategic hunter, identifying high-value opportunities and engaging senior decision-makers to demonstrate how AI-driven capabilities can transform operations and deliver measurable business outcomes. The role requires a strong blend of consultative selling, technical understanding, and executive-level communication. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contract negotiation and close, in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies while shaping the adoption of enterprise-scale customer experience solutions. It is a high-impact role focused on revenue generation, strategic relationships, and long-term customer value creation.

Accountabilities:

  • ive net-new enterprise AI and SaaS revenue by identifying, developing, and closing high-value opportunities across assigned accounts and territories.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline generation, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with C-suite and VP stakeholders to influence strategic buying decisions.
  • Translate complex AI and CX capabilities into clear business value propositions aligned with customer needs and transformation goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions.
  • Identify customer challenges and technology gaps to uncover new AI-driven opportunities and expansion pathways.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a strong hunter mentality and proven track record of closing complex deals.
  • 1–2+ years of experience selling AI-based solutions such as conversational AI, automation platforms, or analytics-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications, with the ability to articulate technical value to executive audiences.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence enterprise buyers.
  • Ability to work independently in a highly autonomous, performance-driven environment.
  • Experience in CCaaS, CX, SaaS, or workflow automation platforms is a strong advantage.
