Who is a Fit4Less Business Operations Specialist?

The role of the Fit4Less Business Operations Specialist is to support Fit4Less Members and the Operations Team.  This role is responsible for coordinating, communicating, tracking and executing initiatives and projects to meet operational standards and goals.

Job Summary:

• Coordinates operational improvements within the organization by collecting, evaluating, presenting, and communicating information to allow seamless transition during changes to processes. 
• Maintains all manuals and training documents by tracking operational improvements and changes to ensure associates in clubs have up to date resources. 
• Monitors tasks related to new club openings, club conversions, and club renovations by communicating timelines, placing and tracking orders, and ensuring order accuracy to provide the required tools arrive in clubs upon project completion.
• Provides support in the successful execution of projects and initiatives by recording action items and updating project tracking notes to clarify next steps. 
• Carries out support to the leadership team by assisting with meeting notes and administrative tasks to aid with productivity. 

Our Ideal Fit4Less Candidate:

• University Degree or College Diploma
• Previous administrative coordination experience 
• Standard Microsoft Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• 1+ year and proven success within Fit4Less or GoodLife is an asset
• 1+ year working as a Manager/Region Manager at Fit4Less Clubs is an asset

Compensation:

It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $49,000. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $49,000 - $61,000 determined by performance and time in the position.
