Who is a Fit4Less Marketing Specialist?
The Fit4Less Marketing Specialist coordinates and executes marketing initiatives across contests, promotions, out-of-home and on-premise advertising, and club communications. The position acts as a liaison between Marketing, Operations, external vendors, and club teams, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand standards. With a strong eye for design and exceptional organizational skills, the role supports signage, new club openings, and promotional campaigns from planning through execution.

Job Summary:
Delivers marketing materials to increase brand awareness, market share and profitability.
Collaborates on marketing opportunities and the scope of work to maintain brand consistency and enhance prospect and member awareness and engagement.
Delivers marketing workflows, documentation, and communications while supporting operational requests to ensure effective completion of collaborative initiatives.
Deliver innovative creative initiatives that build brand health and help to deliver against key goals and objectives.
Our Ideal Fit4Less Candidate:
Compensation:
It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $56,000. This position is eligible for bonuses in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $56,000 - $72,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
