Accountabilities
In this role, you will define and drive the product strategy for platform and self-serve capabilities while leading a team of Product Managers and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives that enable scalability and operational efficiency.
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform and self-serve capabilities supporting enterprise-scale healthcare products.
- Define success metrics, prioritization frameworks, and long-term investment strategies balancing scalability, reliability, and technical debt reduction.
- Manage and mentor 3–5 Product Managers, supporting their development through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
- Act as a hands-on product lead for high-impact, cross-team initiatives requiring deep dependency management and technical coordination.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and PMO teams to deliver shared capabilities such as identity, APIs, and internal tooling.
- Lead multi-quarter initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Establish and monitor key product metrics including adoption, performance, reliability, and internal customer satisfaction.
- Communicate product progress, trade-offs, and strategic decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate combines strong technical product leadership with proven people management experience and the ability to drive alignment across complex, cross-functional environments.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or similar roles, with a focus on technical or platform products.
- 2+ years of experience managing and coaching Product Managers or product teams.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and architecture teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level influencing skills.
- Experience working in agile or hybrid product delivery environments.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems into actionable strategies.
- Experience in regulated or complex industries (e.g., healthcare, fintech, public sector) is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with platform capabilities such as APIs, identity systems, or internal developer tooling is highly valued.
