In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and scaling a demand generation engine that encompasses the entire customer journey. Your efforts will not only focus on generating leads but also on nurturing and converting them into loyal customers, driving revenue growth throughout the sales process. You will collaborate with various teams, implementing innovative strategies and multi-channel marketing programs to optimize customer acquisition. This position requires a hands-on approach to tackle challenges and seize growth opportunities in a dynamic, remote work environment.

Accountabilities

    • Lead the strategy and execution of pipeline-generating programs and campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Design, launch and optimize lifecycle and nurture programs across the full funnel.
    • Plan and manage the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and programs.
    • Align marketing initiatives with sales goals and funnel metrics.
    • Support upsell and expansion initiatives in collaboration with CX and Product teams.
    • Conduct growth experiments to enhance conversion rates and deal quality.
    • Coordinate with external agencies for a cohesive demand strategy.
    • Engage with technology and partner organizations on co-marketing opportunities.
    • Monitor and report on demand generation and lifecycle KPIs.

Requirements

    • 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or revenue marketing.
    • Proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel demand programs.
    • Hands-on expertise in email marketing and full-funnel lifecycle strategies.
    • Experience in both product-led and sales-led growth environments.
    • Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
    • Comfortable with strategy development and execution.
    • Proficiency in marketing technology tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
    • Interest in leveraging AI tools to boost marketing performance.
