The role
We are hiring a Head of Growth to build a repeatable, scalable growth system across multiple products. As the first dedicated growth hire, you will be the architect of our experimentation framework. You will initially operate with high autonomy—managing a development team to execute your roadmap—before building out a full growth organization beneath you.
What you will do
Core responsibilities
- Build the Growth Engine: Define and execute a portfolio-wide strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Institutionalize Experimentation: Establish a standardized system for A/B testing, including shared frameworks, QA checklists, and documentation templates.
- Optimize the Funnel: Improve and manage key metrics across all products, specifically focusing on CAC, LTV, ARPU, and retention curves.
- Lead through Execution: Generate bold, creative hypotheses that challenge assumptions to unlock new revenue and product opportunities.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work directly with Founders, Product, Performance Marketing, and Engineering to ensure alignment between growth initiatives and acquisition channels.
- Team Building: Act as a "player-coach" initially, leading the development team, and eventually recruiting and managing a high-performing growth team.
Must-have experience
- 7+ years in Growth: Proven track record in Growth, CRO, or Product Strategy within a subscription-based environment.
- Subscription Mastery: Deep understanding of subscription mechanics (trials, paywalls, pricing tiers, and churn management).
- Experimentation Expertise: Demonstrated success in building and scaling experimentation-driven systems with high testing velocity and statistical rigor.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Expert-level understanding of funnels, cohort analysis, and unit economics (LTV/CAC ratios and payback periods).
- Design Sensibility: High-quality standards for UX and design; you believe that experiments must not only be functional but also high-quality.

- Portfolio Management: Experience working across multiple products or websites simultaneously.
- Startup DNA: Background in early-stage or fast-scaling companies where you had to build processes from scratch.
