This is a high-impact commercial leadership role responsible for transforming a traditional demand-generation business into a fully integrated brand-to-demand revenue engine.
You will own the end-to-end revenue strategy, spanning enterprise sales, integrated media programs, events, and audience-driven products.
The role blends strategic deal-making with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can personally close complex, high-value partnerships.
You will also translate successful client wins into scalable offerings that can be consistently sold across teams.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape the structure, systems, and operating cadence of a fast-evolving commercial organization.
This is a builder role in a dynamic, growth-focused environment where speed, experimentation, and commercial rigor are essential.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the full revenue engine by driving strategy, execution, and performance across integrated programs, events, and core media products.
- Personally pitch, negotiate, and close complex enterprise deals, especially multi-channel, high-value partnerships.
- Design and refine integrated marketing solutions (content, newsletters, lead gen, events, executive engagement) into scalable commercial offerings.
- Build and optimize the revenue operating system, including forecasting, pipeline management, KPIs, and reporting cadence.
- Establish strong handoffs between sales, delivery, and operations to ensure execution quality and client success.
- Reorganize and elevate the commercial structure, clarifying segmentation, roles, and performance expectations.
- Partner with internal teams to expand partnerships and develop new revenue opportunities across audience-driven channels.
Requirements:
- Senior-level experience (VP or equivalent) leading revenue, sales, or commercial functions in B2B media, events, or marketing services.
- Proven track record of closing six-figure+ strategic deals involving multiple products or integrated campaign solutions.
- Strong background in media or marketing services sales (e.g., sponsorships, lead gen, content programs, newsletters, events).
- Experience turning bespoke deals into repeatable products, including pricing models, packaging, and sales playbooks.
- Ability to align cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, RevOps, operations) into a cohesive, high-performing revenue system.
- Strong commercial judgment with expertise in pricing, margin optimization, and deal structuring.
- Hands-on leadership style with a coaching mindset and ability to elevate enterprise sales capability within a team.
