HR, Payroll & Scheduling Assistant (recruitment and payroll experience is required)

Manage HR-related tasks including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee record maintenance

Process and support payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Administer and update employee data within Paylocity

Coordinate and manage provider schedules using athenahealth or similar systems

Assist in benefits tracking and general HR administrative support

Communicate with job applicants and coordinate interview scheduling

Maintain organized digital employee and operational records

Support internal administrative workflows across HR and operations
-
Ensure all tasks and data handling follow HIPAA compliance standards

Assist with transition and knowledge transfer during onboarding and training period
Hard Requirements:
-
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support (preferably in healthcare)

Hands-on experience with Paylocity or similar HR/payroll systems

Experience with scheduling platforms (experience with athenahealth strongly preferred)

Strong understanding of payroll processes and HR workflows

Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling sensitive employee and patient data

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

High attention to detail, especially in payroll and scheduling accuracy

Ability to work full-time on a fixed weekday schedule (aligned with business hours)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Reliable internet connection and secure remote work setup
Schedule:

40 hours per week

Monday to Friday: 8AM - 5PM Central Standard Time Zone
Offer and Benefits:

Weeks 1–8: $5 USD/hour

Week 9 onwards: $6 USD/hour
