About The Role
Are you a lawyer at a large law firm with an interest in legal technology? LexisNexis Canada is looking for a Lawyer - Innovation and AI Adoption to join our team and work with our large law firm customers to ensure that they realize maximum value from their LexisNexis services, including Lexis+ AI with Protégé. The Lawyer - Innovation and AI Adoption serves as both product expert and legal practice expert, educating and building relationships with customers, partnering as a trusted advisor to ensure lawyers successfully adopt our services in their legal practice.
Responsibilities
Directing the adoption and integration of Lexis+ AI with Protégé into legal practices and lawyer tasks, processes and workflows
Delivering a superior customer experience for Lexis+ AI with Protégé based on a deep understanding of lawyers’ legal practice needs, expectations and goals
Growing usage and adoption of LexisNexis services with our customers
Implementing customer onboarding, training, support, maintenance, data analysis and usage-driving activities for assigned customer accounts
Preparing and delivering customer presentations to drive adoption and communicate our value propositions and differentiators
Developing and maintaining relationships with key contacts and decision makers within customer organizations
Assist in developing and executing an account management strategy that drives retention, renewal, adoption, and growth
Assist in the development of online resources and content, such as videos, reference guides, emails, social media posts and in-product messages
Bring meaningful insights from the customer and the market into the business to help improve our products and market knowledge
Requirements
A J.D. or LL.B degree
Recent experience in legal practice at a large law firm
In-depth understanding of law firm operations and trends affecting the legal industry
Ability to create and present materials and presentations to an executive level audience using both written and verbal communication skills
Experience and ability in building customer relationships
Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
Written and verbal communication skills in French are an asset
Knowledge of corporate legal department operations is an asset

Base Pay Range for primary location in Ontario is $128,400 - $178,400 (CAD). Canada National Base Pay Range: $115,000 - $191,800 (CAD).Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
