Accountabilities
- Directly manage and develop the Treasury and AR/Collections team.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations.
- Lead collections strategy to optimize DSO and cash flow.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Implement policies that improve receivables performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, CTP, or CFA is an asset).
- 5+ years of experience in treasury or strategic finance roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and cash flow forecasting.
- Deep understanding of liquidity management and working capital optimization.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
