You will capture critical vehicle information and assist in launching profiles while ensuring top-tier customer service. Accountabilities
- Visit dealerships to capture vehicle inventory and assess their condition.
- Launch new vehicle profiles on our mobile app for dealers.
- Provide training and resolve technical issues for clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in delivering superior customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Familiarity with web and mobile technology.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
