Accountabilities
- Customize program elements to meet the needs of assigned prescribing physicians
- Review patient status and assist prescribing physicians in patient enrollment
- Identify and report obstacles to obtaining coverage to the Program Manager
- Build strong working relationships with physicians and their staff
- Provide effective training to physicians and clinics on program initiatives
- Act as a liaison to provide feedback to the Program Manager
- Complete all relevant reports per specified timelines and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in health care or related discipline
- Minimum of five years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry experience
- Case management experience preferred
- Availability for travel within assigned territory
- Valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation
- Experience in therapeutic areas is an asset
- Knowledge of reimbursement structure and processes
- Strong analytical skills including interpretation of regulation
- Fluency in French and/or English may be required
