Your Role: Inbound Security Sales Associate 

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the voice of trusted security solutions, helping existing customers protect what matters most. This is 100% inbound—no cold calling. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Answer inbound calls from existing customer
• Identify needs and recommend smart solutions
• Handle objections like a pro and close the deal
• Upsell and maximize revenue while building strong relationships 

What Makes You a Great Fit 

• Sales-driven mindset – Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred
• Call center experience – Bonus if you’ve worked in a fast-paced environment
• Proven upselling skills – You know how to turn interest into action
• Goal-oriented – Hungry to earn more in a performance-based environment 
• Tech-savvy multitasker – Comfortable navigating multiple systems 

Technical Requirements: 

This is a bring-your-own-device role. Your computer system needs to meet the following: 

• Operating System: Windows 11 (Apple devices and Chromebooks are not compatible).
• Hardware: Minimum 8 GB RAM and Intel I3 processor.  
• Internet: Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload.  
• Connectivity: Ability to work with an Ethernet cable connected to the modem.  
• Equipment: Webcam and USB headset required for communication and training. 

 Important: Dual monitors are required for this role to efficiently manage multiple applications simultaneously.
