Sales Development Representative – Entry-Level / New Grads Welcome

Your Role
As an SDR, you'll be the first voice dealership leaders hear. Your job: understand their day-to-day challenges and show them how Kimoby can make a real difference. This is a role where you'll learn fast, get hands-on coaching, and see the direct impact of your work.
Day to day, you'll:
- Connect with Service Managers and General Managers across dealerships to understand their challenges and identify where Kimoby can drive real impact.
- Engage 50–60 prospects daily through calls, voice messages, and emails — blending research, creativity, and persistence.
- Qualify opportunities using a consultative approach, asking the right questions to uncover real needs.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects in our CRM (HubSpot), consistently hitting your daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
- Present our value proposition compellingly and organize meetings to dive deeper into prospects' specific needs.
- Become a product expert and stay informed on the automotive industry to better advise your prospects.

- Little or no sales experience? That's fine. Experience in customer service, hospitality, team sports, or any situation where you've learned to communicate and push through challenges — it all counts.
- You're naturally curious, you genuinely enjoy understanding people, and you ask the right questions.
- You're resilient: a "no" doesn't discourage you — it motivates you.
- You take feedback well and always look for ways to improve.
- You're proactive and keep your energy high even when the pace is intense.
