Territory Sales Manager - Canada

Purpose

The Sales Manager will lead strategic growth initiatives across the Canadian market, owning national revenue performance and market development.

The role holder will represent NaughtOne at a senior level across the MillerKnoll enterprise shaping long term commercial strategies, ensuring alignment with global priorities while adapting to regional market dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth across Canada.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, and Product Development to deliver integrated market activation plans.

  • Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with major dealer networks and A&D firms, influencing enterprise-level agreements.

  • Provide thought leadership on market trends, competitive positioning to inform decision-making.

  • Collaborate with MillerKnoll regional sales leaders and team to drive and deliver growth. Also to work closely with independent rep groups with Channel Development manager, setting performance standards and ensuring capability development.

  • Represent NaughtOne at high-profile industry events, acting as a senior ambassador for the brand.

  • Own forecasting and budgeting for the Canadian territory, ensuring accuracy and accountability for financial performance.

  • Collaborate with VP Global Sales to shape long-term commercial strategies in line with NaughtOne growth plans and company strategic goals.

Core Competencies

  • At least 10 years of sales experience with proven success in strategic account management and market development within the corporate interiors industry.

  • Expert negotiation and influencing skills at senior stakeholder level.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive alignment across multiple business units.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences

Dimension of role

Reports to VP Global Sales. Accountable for national revenue targets, strategic partnerships and market development initiatives. Requires frequent travel and ability to operate with high autonomy and decision-making authority.

Compensation range for this role is $94,400.00 - $122,600.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
