Our client is a well-established, fast-growing gaming studio operating some of the most-played titles on a leading UGC gaming platform. With tens of millions of active players and a growing roster of high-profile brand integrations, they are seeking a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to join their Growth team.
The Role
This is a highly cross-functional position at the intersection of account management, project delivery, and analytical storytelling. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for brand partners during active campaigns, working closely with internal game teams and leadership to ensure flawless execution from kickoff through post-campaign reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage brand partner relationships during activation periods, escalating strategic or commercial decisions to senior leadership as appropriate
Protect internal team bandwidth by proactively identifying scope misalignment or unrealistic timelines before they escalate
Conduct post-campaign analysis and translate data into compelling, client-ready presentations
Maintain adherence to internal project timelines and contribute to process documentation
Support creative concepting for new packages and go-to-market materials
Assist in identifying upsell and renewal opportunities with existing partners
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in account management or project management
Strong knowledge of gaming, particularly UGC platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working across time zones with occasional travel (3–5x per year)
Preferred Experience
Prior experience managing AAA brand partners or large agency relationships
Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, etc.)
Visual/deck design skills a plus
