Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst on a temporary basis (12 months) on our Business Transformation team. This position is a hybrid or remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Consumer Products, IT, and Supply Chain teams, to ensure smooth day-to-day functionality, while continuously improving systems and processes. Your expertise will be vital in creating and maintaining process flows and documentation, gathering system requirements, and providing training and troubleshooting support to ensure all systems are running efficiently. The Team: You will work closely with other Business Systems Analysts and will report into the Manager, Business Systems Planning and Design. This team strives to cultivate a culture that is collaborative, adaptable, and customer centric.
The Collaborators: You will work closely with other functions in our Consumer Products business unit and collaborate across the organization with teams such as IT, Supply Chain, and 3rd party companies like Blue Yonder and ISM.
