Accountabilities:
- Design, automate, and deploy production-grade cloud services across platforms such as AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP.
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to build highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments.
- Act as a subject matter expert for infrastructure solutions supporting core products and customer implementations.
- Provide advanced technical support to internal teams, customers, and partners, including troubleshooting complex infrastructure and application issues.
- Guide customers and internal stakeholders on cloud deployment patterns, best practices, and implementation strategies.
- Investigate and resolve customer integration challenges during deployment and ongoing operations.
- Perform root cause analysis for implementation issues and provide technical feedback to engineering teams.
- Design and maintain troubleshooting procedures, operational documentation, and knowledge resources.
- Build and improve secure infrastructure platforms with a focus on reliability, scalability, and operational maturity.
- Maintain internal tools, improve system health, and support continuous platform enhancements.
- Participate in on-call rotations for incident response, infrastructure support, and technical troubleshooting.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project activities and billable hours according to operational requirements.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in information technology, with strong expertise in infrastructure engineering, automation, and platform services.
- 3+ years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting containerized environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP.
- Professional cloud certifications are preferred.
- Experience designing end-to-end cloud solutions from architecture requirements and technical specifications.
- Proven ability to translate customer and business requirements into scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, compliance standards, and best practices, including SOC2, HIPAA, and ISO27001.
- Experience implementing security controls that support modern software delivery environments.
- Strong expertise with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Solid networking fundamentals and experience troubleshooting complex cloud environments.
- Ability to optimize support processes, manage escalations, and document technical knowledge.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to evaluate and apply new technologies to solve complex challenges.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
