This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Sponsorships Manager in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of creator marketing, performance media, and strategic growth, driving sponsorship initiatives across emerging digital platforms. You will be responsible for building and scaling high-impact creator partnerships that go beyond reach, focusing instead on measurable conversions and business outcomes. Acting as both strategist and operator, you will own campaigns from ideation through execution, while also directly closing high-value deals. You will lead a small but growing team, shaping processes, performance standards, and execution quality across multiple platforms. In a fast-evolving digital ecosystem, you will help define how creator-driven growth is built from the ground up. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong commercial instincts, analytical thinking, and comfort operating in ambiguity.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and scale creator sponsorship strategies across emerging platforms, from planning and negotiation through execution and optimization.
  • Develop data-driven insights on creator performance, audience behavior, and content formats that maximize conversion and return on investment.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close high-value sponsorship deals with creators across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and other emerging channels.
  • Lead and coach a small team responsible for creator discovery, relationship management, and campaign execution.
  • Build forecasting models and performance reports to track ROI, CAC, CPM, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, analytics, and growth to align strategy and optimize the full creator funnel.
  • Continuously refine processes and playbooks to scale operations across new and evolving platforms.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and audience behaviors to inform strategy and maintain early-mover advantage.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, performance marketing, or media buying roles.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and delivering against revenue or performance-based targets.
  • Strong understanding of creator ecosystems across major and emerging platforms.
  • Experience managing or coaching small teams in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ROAS, CAC, CPM, and other performance metrics.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with evolving business models.
  • Experience working with subscription-based or direct-to-consumer products is a strong asset.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Benefits:

  • Remote-first role based in Canada with flexible working arrangements
  • Competitive salary range between 90,000 and 125,000 CAD, plus bonus and performance incentives
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage for you and your family
  • Professional development and continuous learning opportunities
  • Access to a mission-driven, high-impact team environment
  • In-person team gatherings and collaboration opportunities
  • Strong focus on autonomy, ownership, and career growth
