We’re seeking a Senior Web & Content Coordinator to lead and enhance our digital presence, driving supporter engagement across web, email, and digital campaigns.
This is a 10-month parental leave replacement contract, with the possibility of extension.
In this role, you’ll manage the organization’s bilingual (English/French) website, lead SEO/AEO and eNewsletter strategy, and create compelling digital content. You’ll combine technical expertise with creativity to optimize performance, grow engagement and strengthen online visibility.
Location: Preferably Toronto or nearby (remote-first environment)
Salary Range: $48,650 – $62,550 annual
Type: Temporary contract (10 months, potential for extension)
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize English and French websites (content updates, new pages, UX improvements) on Optimizely CMS

Develop and execute SEO/AEO and digital content strategies

Use our marketing calendar and programs updates to inform content plans

Lead the development of the monthly eNewsletter and advocacy email campaigns

Create and oversee digital content and creative (web pages, blogs, email, graphics, video)

Maintain and optimize email marketing and engagement systems

Monitor and report on web and campaign performance with Google Analytics

Collaborate cross-functionally and with external vendors

Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with brand strategy
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

5+ years of experience in web/digital marketing and CMS management

Strong SEO, SEM, and digital campaign expertise

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Analytics and Content Management Systems like Optimizely

Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Engaging Networks)

Skilled in analytics, reporting, and performance optimization

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar design tools

Excellent writing skills for web and email engagement

Strong project management and organizational skills
