We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Project Manager for a contract consulting engagement supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow initiatives. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at motivating teams, managing complex projects, and delivering high-value technical and business outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead ServiceNow projects end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery of solutions that meet business requirements and client expectations
- Partner with stakeholders to assess current processes and systems, define requirements, and design and configure ServiceNow solutions
- Manage system configurations, workflow customizations, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing
- Support project teams, mentoring technical and functional resources, and providing expert guidance on best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and management to coordinate development efforts and resolve project issues
- Deliver consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform, including ITIL process implementation
- Prepare proposals, lead presentations, and build relationships with senior stakeholders and executives
- Contribute to practice development by documenting methodologies, developing intellectual property, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive adoption of ServiceNow capabilities to optimize processes across ITSM, HR, Customer Service, and other workflow domains
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s, MBA, or Information Systems degree is a plus)
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist; advanced certifications are a plus
- ITIL certifications (Foundations, Intermediate, Expert) and/or PMP certification are considered an asset
- 4+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations, including configuration, development, and project leadership
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML
- Proven project management skills, including direct client interaction and delivery of complex projects
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience facilitating workshops, preparing presentations, and producing process documentation
- Experience with other ITSM platforms (e.g., BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager) and workflow technologies (HR Case Management, Customer Service Management) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor colleagues, and build strong relationships with technical and functional stakeholders
