Position: Sidewalk Snow Shoveling Crew Member

Location: Direct to various client sites in the GTA or meet a team in Scarborough or Bolton yard

Contract Dates: now until end March 2026 

Pay:
$30 per hour

Role Overview: As a Sidewalk Snow Shovelling Crew Member, you’ll be responsible for clearing sidewalks of snow and ice, ensuring safety for all who use them at various commercial properties (condo's or distribution centers). You will use shovels, snowblowers, snow rators, and salt as needed. This role requires physical fitness, flexibility, and resilience to work in harsh winter conditions.

• Physically Fit: Handle the demands of snow removal for extended periods.
• Flexible & On-Call: Available 24/7 for varying work hours and able to report to work at any hour of the day.
• Resilient: Work in extreme cold and heavy snowfall.
• Prepared: Equipped with proper winter gear and supplies.

Job Responsibilities:

• On-Call Commitment: Be available 24/7 during the winter season.
• Efficient Operations: Clear sidewalks and apply salt as needed.
• Safety Focus: Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate gear.
• Client Satisfaction: Ensure walkways are clear and safe at all times.

Job Type: Part-time, Seasonal

Schedule: On-call, including weekends and holidays during winter.

Experience Required: No experience is required, however, experience in snow removal or similar physical work is preferred.
