Accountabilities:

  • Provide on-site clinical support, education, and procedural guidance during structural heart and TAVI cases, ensuring safe and effective use of advanced medical technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and clinical teams to support case planning, execution, and post-procedure follow-up to optimize patient and customer outcomes.
  • Act as a key technical expert during complex cardiovascular interventions, troubleshooting real-time procedural challenges and supporting high-risk cases.
  • Identify and support growth opportunities within assigned territory by engaging with healthcare professionals and strengthening clinical adoption.
  • Participate in training sessions, conferences, and clinical forums to enhance product awareness and procedural expertise.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in clinical workflows, customer experience, and field execution strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant clinical experience, ideally as a Cath Lab RN or cardiovascular technologist with strong exposure to TAVI and structural heart procedures.
  • Deep understanding of cath lab workflows, cardiovascular anatomy, and management of complex or high-risk interventional cases.
  • Strong ability to operate independently in fast-paced clinical environments with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Experience supporting procedural decision-making and providing real-time clinical troubleshooting during interventions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, sales teams, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Exposure to cardiac imaging (e.g., CT/MRT) and prior industry experience in structural heart is considered an asset.

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $98,000 – $122,500 CAD
  • Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) with additional performance-based earning potential
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Wellness programs and additional employee support resources
  • Flexible compensation structure as part of a total rewards package.
