This role sits at the intersection of advanced clinical practice and cutting-edge cardiovascular technology, supporting the delivery of high-impact structural heart therapies. You will work closely with sales and clinical teams to provide expert guidance during complex procedures, particularly in TAVI and structural heart interventions. Operating in fast-paced cath lab environments, you will act as a trusted clinical resource during high-risk cases, ensuring optimal procedural outcomes. The position combines hands-on clinical support, education, and field engagement across a defined Canadian territory. It is ideal for a highly autonomous clinician who thrives in dynamic, procedure-driven settings. You will also play a key role in driving adoption, supporting growth opportunities, and strengthening clinical confidence in innovative cardiac solutions.
Accountabilities:
- Provide on-site clinical support, education, and procedural guidance during structural heart and TAVI cases, ensuring safe and effective use of advanced medical technologies.
- Collaborate closely with sales and clinical teams to support case planning, execution, and post-procedure follow-up to optimize patient and customer outcomes.
- Act as a key technical expert during complex cardiovascular interventions, troubleshooting real-time procedural challenges and supporting high-risk cases.
- Identify and support growth opportunities within assigned territory by engaging with healthcare professionals and strengthening clinical adoption.
- Participate in training sessions, conferences, and clinical forums to enhance product awareness and procedural expertise.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in clinical workflows, customer experience, and field execution strategies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant clinical experience, ideally as a Cath Lab RN or cardiovascular technologist with strong exposure to TAVI and structural heart procedures.
- Deep understanding of cath lab workflows, cardiovascular anatomy, and management of complex or high-risk interventional cases.
- Strong ability to operate independently in fast-paced clinical environments with minimal ramp-up time.
- Experience supporting procedural decision-making and providing real-time clinical troubleshooting during interventions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, sales teams, and clinical stakeholders.
- Exposure to cardiac imaging (e.g., CT/MRT) and prior industry experience in structural heart is considered an asset.
