Sr. Full-Stack Software Engineer | US$50–US$100/hour | Remote contractor opportunity with Micro1

Micro1 is seeking experienced full-stack engineers for an AI training project involving software development, technical problem-solving, debugging, system architecture and code evaluation. Work includes creating, solving, reviewing and validating challenging tasks across front-end and back-end systems.

Responsibilities include developing and debugging application components; implementing features, services, APIs and data models; tracing requests across applications, services, databases and integrations; working in unfamiliar repositories; diagnosing complex failures; and reviewing code and AI-generated solutions for correctness, performance, security and maintainability.

Qualifications: strong professional full-stack experience in production systems; hands-on front-end and back-end skills; experience with multiple programming languages; sound knowledge of browser applications, APIs, application state, databases and integrations; and strong debugging ability.

Engagement: Independent contractor, fully remote, approximately 15 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Micro1 advertises $50–$100/hour. Compensation is output-based and paid per task that meets project specifications; minimum weekly task submissions apply.

Micro1’s selection process includes screening questions, an approximately 30-minute AI interview, a technical assessment if required and hiring-manager review. Selected candidates should be ready to begin within 24–48 hours after onboarding.
