The Opportunity 

Due to our continued growth, we’re seeking a Technical Delivery Coordinator who excels at keeping many moving pieces in sync at once. This role demands someone who can effortlessly juggle shifting priorities, track details across multiple workstreams, and maintain clarity even when everything is happening at once. As a key connector between internal teams at Vision33 and our clients, you will orchestrate communication, keep projects on track, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.  

You’ll drive an efficient sales and delivery process by managing the flow of technical information, facilitating accurate system build data, and proactively smoothing bottlenecks before they arise.

As Technical Delivery Coordinator you will work directly with our various teams across Vision33 and be part of Vision33’s transformation and global expansion. Your responsibilities will include: 

• Liaise between Vision33’s Regional Sales and Project Delivery teams, as well as our Technical and Product teams for the submission and coordination of client projects and requests, such as: new business opportunities, cloud service quotes, hosting services, new build projects, provisioning timelines, and project go-lives. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally to broker discussions with Vision33 internal teams and clients to ensure correct technical and project details are obtained and ensure discrepancies in the solution environment are remediated to fulfill technical requests. 
• Use Vision33 tools (e.g. HubSpot, Smartsheet, Zendesk) to remove barriers to data collection, reconcile shared information, and keep client projects progressing. 
• Facilitate positive communications across internal team resources to facilitate and enable client success. 
• Collaborate with Project Managers to provide information to support the successful delivery of projects.    
• Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements to streamline operations, and work jointly with internal teams to enhance client and Vision33 success. 

There are several must-have skills and experience needed to be considered for this role:  

• Minimum three (3) years project delivery experience working directly with internal and external clients. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Systems, or an equivalent post secondary combination of education and/or experience. 
• Highly adept at coordinating many simultaneous responsibilities—able to keep multiple workflows moving, adjust priorities on the fly, and prevent critical items from slipping through the cracks. 
• Demonstrated client-focused approach with superior people skills (Note: If you grew up with a large family and still consider yourself an optimistic and driven person, it’s a big plus.). 
• Proven technical aptitude from past experiences.  
• Analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities are essential. 
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration, communications (written and verbal), and conflict resolution skills are a must. 
• Self-motivated, fast-learner, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and projects. 
• Independent-thinker and driven to achieve success within a customer service environment. 
• Must know Microsoft Office suite of products: Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint.  

Other skills that will earn you extra points for role consideration include: 

• Exposure to ERP systems (note: SAP Business One would be a win), AWS, cloud-based solutions, and client technical infrastructure will make you stand out. 
• Smartsheet experience will score you extra points, although knowledge of other project/task management tools will also be an asset.
