Technical Recruiter

Description of the company: Axis Recruitment is a recruitment firm working exclusively for top firms in the architecture, engineering, and construction space across Canada and parts of the US. 

Why is this role open: We are growing! We need another recruiter to take the reins on full-cycle hiring so we keep responding to clients at the speed they've come to expect from us.

Responsibilities:

• Run searches end to end, from intake to offer.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, your own network, and our database.
• Screen for fit, prep candidates properly, and keep them warm through the process.
• Coordinate interviews and act as the steady point of contact for both sides.
• Keep your pipeline and notes current in our ATS.

Must-haves:

• One to three years of recruiting experience, agency preferred.
• Critical thinker, organized, and creative.
• Strong written and verbal communication. 
• Organized enough to juggle several open roles at once without dropping any of them.

Nice-to-haves:

• Any exposure to architecture, engineering, construction or other design and technical hiring. 
• Experience with ATS systems.
• A track record of building relationships that turn into repeat placements.

Work style: Remote

Compensation: $60K base plus commission

Compensation Disclosure

Compensation for all roles Axis recruits for is multi-faceted and based on a range of factors including experience, skills, location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include performance-based bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits offering, in accordance with applicable Employment Standards Act (ESA) requirements.
