Context

The ideal candidate will handle procurement for the project, assist the project manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling budgets, and coordinate and prepare client billing.

Missions/Main Duties

  • Manage project procurement, including supplier quotes, approvals, and purchase orders, while tracking received and pending orders.
  • Assist in budget planning, monitoring, and control, including timesheet review, progress analysis, variance reporting, and risk mitigation.
  • Prepare and integrate budget revisions, coordinate monthly financial procedures, and handle client billing, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Follow up on accounts receivable and supplier invoice payments.

Profile/Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in administration or equivalent education.

Years of Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar project management role.

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in MS Project (an asset).
  • Knowledge in the technical field of transportation (an asset).
  • Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing, in French and English.*
