What you'll do

Responsibilities

As an Integrity Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting service delivery through quality and risk management. Your day-to-day activities will include increasing awareness of compliance policies and processes, ensuring that the team adheres to established guidelines, client management and identifying areas for improvement. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, problem solving, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

This is a contract position of at least 6 months with opportunities for renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance, Quality, and Risk Management

  • Promote awareness and understanding of compliance policies, procedures, and risk‑mitigation practices across the team.
  • Ensure adherence to established guidelines, program standards, and operational frameworks.
  • Monitor service delivery processes to identify risks, gaps, and inconsistencies, and recommend improvements.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on integrity, compliance, and risk‑related matters.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to team members to ensure consistent and effective performance.
  • Support team decision‑making and assume accountability for the quality and integrity of team outputs.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams, stakeholders, and business units to align on shared goals and address complex issues.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze client situations, operational data, and workflow trends to identify areas for process enhancement.
  • Provide solutions to operational challenges affecting your team and other related teams.
  • Contribute to key operational decisions by presenting well‑supported recommendations rooted in compliance and risk analysis.

Client Management

  • Engage proactively with clients and stakeholders to ensure service expectations are met and that issues are resolved through sound judgment and adherence to policy.
  • Maintain a client‑centric approach while safeguarding program integrity and compliance.

What you'll need

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analyst or Integrity Analyst
  • Risk Management - Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within operational and service delivery environments.
  • Risk Assessment - Skilled in evaluating potential threats, vulnerabilities, and impacts to ensure program and process compliance.
  • Business Analysis - Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess operational workflows, and recommend improvements that enhance integrity and performance.

*Federal Reliability Clearance will be required for this role.
