What You’ll Do:
Solution Consultants are responsible for leading the consultative and technical aspects of the sales process including client-facing demonstrations and integration conversations. Solution Consultants play a pivotal role in finding the best-fitting options to meet prospective clients’ needs, through a combination of knowledge, experience, and collaboration with other departments to bring our full suite of capabilities into each of our interactions. The Solution Consultant will leverage their skills to create forward progress in the sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales and implementation processes, while aligning our recommendations with stated goals and outcomes.
