Summary:
The primary goal of the QA Associate is to support our advisors and clients. You will assess clients' signed documents to ensure accuracy in documentation and Surex policies and procedures and subsequently issue the policies on the appropriate insurance carrier portal.
Responsibilities & Duties
Complete Activities in Epic and complete policy issuance on insurance carrier portals
Prompt response time when communicating to advisors
Thorough review of all new business submissions sold by our distribution teams. Following the compliance workflow.
Attention to detail ensuring all carrier and advisor notes are accounted for, documented and applied to each individual piece of business
Maintain a working knowledge of Surex carrier portals and policy management systems
Complete tasks efficiently and with a sense of urgency and accuracy, meeting Surex’s service standards
Participation in daily stand-up meetings and weekly support services meetings
Participation in training and development programs
Additional tasks as assigned.

EPIC Broker Management System & carrier portal knowledge
1+ Prior Insurance experience.
