This role sits at the heart of complex warehouse and supply chain transformation projects, supporting end-to-end implementation of advanced logistics and warehouse management solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal project teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical configurations and system improvements. The position blends functional consulting, technical analysis, and hands-on system support across multiple phases of the implementation lifecycle. You will contribute directly to solution design, testing, deployment, and optimization of supply chain platforms such as WMS and related systems. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will engage with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of technology solutions. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges while working across both business and technical domains in supply chain technology.

Accountabilities

You will support the full implementation lifecycle of supply chain and warehouse management solutions, ensuring successful delivery, configuration, and client adoption across projects. You will act as a key bridge between business needs and technical execution, contributing to system design, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.

  • Provide product consulting and knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure effective system usage and adoption
  • Support configuration and customization of supply chain solutions (WMS/WLM/TMS) based on client requirements
  • Assist in RF devices, printers, and other warehouse technology setup and troubleshooting as needed
  • Participate in all phases of implementation including planning, analysis, testing, and rollout activities
  • Develop and execute test plans, validate results, and support user acceptance testing with clients
  • Support integration of system changes, ensuring accuracy in reporting and documentation within project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
  • Identify potential enhancement or upsell opportunities and communicate them to project leads
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on expectations and delivery milestones
  • Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies, coding standards, and project governance processes
  • Provide ongoing updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders

Requirements

You bring a strong blend of technical expertise and supply chain system understanding, combined with the ability to work effectively in client-facing and project-driven environments. You are comfortable navigating both functional and technical aspects of enterprise systems and thrive in collaborative implementation settings.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in supply chain systems such as WMS, WLM, or TMS (functional and/or technical exposure)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database technologies (SQL Server and/or Oracle)
  • Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Java, C#, C/C++, Python, or similar
  • Familiarity with web and data technologies (XML/HTML, APIs, integration tools)
  • Understanding of operating systems such as Windows and UNIX/Linux
  • Experience working in implementation or consulting environments with enterprise software solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as in a team
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused mindset
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on project needs
